Conferences at Grand Kruger Lodge

Situated in the heart of the bush veld, wild animals roam freely around the lodge, giving you total peace, tranquillity and privacy. The ideal setting and venue to host your conference. At Grand Kruger Lodge our conference facilities can cater small or medium conferences up to 50 delegates (our lodge sleeps 44 people). We have a full backup generator, to ensure that there are no interruptions during your conference.


The conference room adjoins the Main Lodge and is the ideal venue for smaller conferences and intimate functions, weddings. The room can comfortably seat 50 delegates in a U-shape, School shape 60, Theatre 80 and has the following equipment as standard: 4 by 220 V power points, overhead projector, screen and white board. Any additional equipment needed such as data projectors etc, are available on request. Area is 79.5 m2.

Conference packages

24 hours packages include: accommodation, conference venue hire, all meals and refreshments, equipment, all lodges facilities.

Day packages

Conference venue hire meals and refreshments, equipment. Rates are available on request and packages can be tailor made to suit your requirements.
