From the moment we arrived, the staff at Grand Kruger Lodge and Spa were warm and welcoming. They engaged with us and were helpful in all aspects of our stay - from effortlessly rearranging spa appointments and excursions to providing extra coffee on early mornings. Dennis was a tremendous guide and made sure we saw the 'big cats'! Rosie, Sifiso, Surprise and many others made our stay feel like home and it was an experience I will never forget.

Everybody loved Surprise, he was extremely attentive and easy to make friends with. Innocent was very polite and a great bartender. Marshelle helped to rearrange our schedule and fit in everything we wanted to do. Dennis was a fantastic safari tour guide. Thanks to all!

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge on a stay package. Highly recommend the all inclusive package with game drives into the Kruger park. The lodge also has game roaming around which gives it a warm African experience. The staff was very kind and responsive, they added a bit of fun singing to my husband on his birthday. The spa treatments were also very relaxing and convenient.

The staff at the grand kruger lodge and spar they are so friendly and available at all the time you need them, the driver who take us to kruger national park and quad biking he was friendly and energetic everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. The location, the lodge, and most importantly...the staff! Everyone was so lovely and willing to help, the service was just perfect. We also really enjoyed the food... breakfast and dinner! And of course, the organisation of the Safari's was just perfect! Thanks!

Very clean, High standard and a comfortable Home-feeling.

Great facilities and very clean rooms. The staff is very nice and do great efforts to meet all visitors needs. They were very flexible and helpfull. Animals visit the lodge every day. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Absolutely stunning place in the middle of park,
You can only hear nature all around you,
Free roaming deer , boar and impala are a pleasant site,
The property is well maintained with room decor,
The staff is excellent and helpful,
Food is well maid with a good selection ,
You can’t go wrong with this place,
There are options for safari and horse riding as well,
We will definitely visit again

Die Lodge hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden exzellent betreut. Unser Häuschen war sehr ruhig und absolut sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut. Aber am besten war das ganze Team. Danke wir werden die Lodge auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Overall we really liked the lodge. We were excellently looked after. Our cottage was very quiet and absolutely clean. The food was very good. But the best part was the whole team. Thank you we will definitely recommend the lodge.
