Ons het 'n 'grand' naweek by Grand Kruger Lodge gehad. Die fasiliteite, akkommodasie en etes was baie goed, maar die mees uitstaande was die vriendelikheid van die personeel. Aan Leon, Doctor, Computer en die res - baie dankie!

Leon and his staff provided a wonderful, personalized experience during our stay at Grand Kruger Lodge. The food was exquisite (Mozambican prawns!) and the variety of wildlife both at the Lodge and in the Kruger Park itself was awesome. The highlight had to be on our final day's safari, when we saw all the Big Five within the first hour of the drive, including a pair of leopards in a tree and a pride of lions attempting a kill within 20 meters of our vehicle (the impala got away that time!). We highly recommend Grand Kruger for anyone wanting to experience the African Bush Country.

We have just finished our 'FAMILY' World Holiday....and our last stop was South Africa, at the 'Grand Kruger Lodge'. We only had four days there.....WHAT A MISTAKE.......WE NEEDED FOUR WEEKS!!! On our arrival, we where greeted by absolutely, wonderful, friendly and happy staff. The entrance to the Lodge, is exactly what we thought our experience would be....A TRUE AFRICAN HOLIDAY...AND WE WILL BE DEFINATELY GOING BACK NEXT YEAR (IF I had my way I would have Never left....but as my husband Alex says...all good things must come to and end..... WHAT A SHAME) Oh, and the food...what can I say....what was offered was absolutely filling, well prepapered, tasty and heaps to choose from. Leon ( the owner) is a TRUE GENTLEMAN... Alex, Sean, Tara and I now think of him, (and Andrae, our guide....oh, by the way he LOVES...LANDROVERS....he, he, just a little joke between us ...) We now think of them as Friends and GREAT MATES.... It's true, this is how they made us feel. We're hooked....Our accomodation was excellent and absolutely clean... The lovely staff....Doctor, Angel, Computer,Cook and Rose, where absolutely wonderful, Always ready to help you in anyway possible!!! The mixture of all these truly wonderful people, makes a TRUE AFRICAN EXPERIENCE EVEN BETTER...... So, Please, if you want to stay at a lovely Lodge, eat wonderful, filling, well presented food.....and see all the most exciting and scary... BIG FIVE.....DEFINATELY STAY FOR AWHILE AT 'THE GRAND KRUGER LODGE' ( we will..........................next sept/october here we come....... 5 ***** THANKYOU ALL YOU GUYS......miss your friendly faces......Lea Jelinek/ Port Lincoln/ South Australia/Australia..

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Grand Kruger Lodge. The service is perfect, the rooms are clean, the personal attention is great. Guests are king in this lodge. Everything is possible here and the owner and his personnel are always there for you. The value for money is excellent. The safariNow.com reservation service was fine. Everything went smooth and the communication was fine.

Great experience all round. The setting was beautiful and we particularly enjoyed sitting round the bush fire on an evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and plenty of it. Enjoyed the variety of wildlife both at the Lodge and in the Kruger Park. The safari drives were awesome even if the weather could have been better. Shame that we didn't see a leopard but think we saw everything but. All in all had an amazing few days and would recommed it to anyone.

We had a great time at the lodge - we were treated like royalty - Leon takes a genuine pride in the delicious food served - it was fantastic ! . We also had a great days game drive and saw most of the Big 5 at really close quarters !. Accomodation was really comfortable and clean. I'd recommend the lodge to anyone.

Excellent service. Good food. Owner is on hand in evenings to chat to guests. Good location to explore Southern Kruger. Crocodile Bridge has a very high concentration of animals. Saw big five as well as hyenas and Wild Dogs in just two days. Early wake up required if you want to be at gates before the masses (4am).
